Perpetual Tea Party is a blog all about irrelevant musings on ordinary moments and quite random thoughts on things and stuff like coffee, pastries, crafting, nature (really!?), staying indoors all day, cats, kids, cooking (I really doubt it since my culinary creations aren’t…photogenic!), shopping, exploring Portland, etc. etc.

About Me

I’m Kyoko, I currently live in Portland with Todd and our kids Immi, Ashland, Lucian plus our kitties [Oskar and Miss Monroe].

I love making things. For many years of my life, I made music almost exclusively. Mind you, I still love music, but having spent so much of my time inside of my head working on intangible things, I think that I really missed working with things I can actually touch (yarn, fabric, beads…).

I also love coffee and tea! I love tea time and coffee time at home as well as venturing out to different parts of Portland to find new places to hang out at.
